✦ Rest as a practice
Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and nervous-system regulation are at the foundation of our school.
✦ Clear, compassionate instruction
Our teachers guide with supportive language, thoughtful sequencing and embodied awareness.
✦ Learning through connection
We keep our classes and training intentionally small to honour individual needs and deepen understanding.
✦ Living the philosophy
We integrate ethics, mindfulness, self-inquiry and community care into our approach to yoga and teaching.
